Pastor Min Chan leads a small-town church with a deep devotion to spreading his faith and planting new congregations. One day, a man named Yang Rae walks through the church doors. At first, Min Chan welcomes him, believing he is a lost soul. But his hope turns to disappointment when he discovers that Yang Rae is an ex-convict, marked by an electronic monitoring anklet.
